Aparri, Cagayan – TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute headed by Eduardo L.     This manifests A.P.I.’s immense support to the 4Ps by prioritizing its members in the provision of skills training and their inclusion in all the programs of TESDA.

It’s a testament to the creativity, talent, and hard work of everyone involved in crafting the diorama. Such recognition highlights the institute’s commitment to excellence and its contribution to the local community’s cultural events. 

    The scene portrays the local community’s fervor and dedication as they come together to meticulously arrange the Belen, capturing the essence of the birth of Jesus Christ. The setting-up of Belen in Aparri Cagayan serves as a testament to the beauty and significance of this cherished Filipino tradition. It captures the love, devotion, and faith that permeate the Christmas season in Aparri, offering viewers a glimpse into the sacred story of the birth of Jesus Christ as celebrated in this vibrant town.

It is with great pride and commitment that we extend our programs to include clients, particularly Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) inside the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Aparri  under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

      This program not only equips them with valuable skills but also serves as a beacon of hope for a brighter future. We recognize the importance of providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially during a challenging period of their lives.

        The goal is not just to impart technical skills but to instill a sense of purpose and self-reliance. Tile Setting NC II opens doors to livelihood possibilities and potential employment, empowering the PDL to rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience.
