𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 I Colleagues, friends, family members, partners and stakeholders have expressed their well wishes to Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) Administrator Renato D. Ubiña as he finally relinquished his post as administrator of the said institution.

Colleagues, friends, family members, partners and stakeholders have expressed their well wishes to Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) Administrator Renato D. Ubiña as he finally relinquished his post as administrator of the said institution.

Mr. Ubiña has rendered 41 years and 6 months in the government service. He has introduced various reforms and development in API such as improvement of its building and facilities and engagement with partners for the provision of skills training and other services for the basic sectors.

Mr. Eduardo Escobar shall serve as the institution’s Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Administrator.

Meeting attendees were apprised on latest developments in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the region particularly on the 2023 Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), scholarship, assessment, program registration and compliance audit, among others.

Noong ika-22 ng Pebrero, nagsagawa ng Basic Training on Bookkeeping and Agro-Entrepreneurship ang Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) at Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA).


Ito ay bahagi ng ika-28 anibersaryo ng pagkakatatag ng CEZA.
