To mark #WomenHistoryMonth and to promote healthcare equity for women, API treats several employees on “Pamper Day”.
Several employees of TESDA R02 were pampered as they received free services such as Haircutting, Hair Coloring, Hair/Scalp Treatment, Scalp Massage, Back Massage, Hand Spa, and Foot Spa last March 17, 2023, given by the TESDA- Aparri Polytechnic Institute, as part of the celebration of the National Women’s Month.
Through the activity, TESDA-API hopes to energize and inspire female and male employees to do better in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

TESDA-Aparri conducted Seminar on Basic Entrepreneurship collaboration with the DTI Negosyo Center-Aparri. The program intended to empower fifty-four (54) participants to create value through entrepreneurship. Value to giving out something of worth to receive something of higher worth.

LOOK I As part of this year’s celebration of National Women’s Month for the year 2023, TESDA-Aparri employees and trainees danced to their groove during the Zumba activity.
The TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute conducted a Zumba activity in front of the API Building in line of “Purple Friday”, in relation to 2023 National Women’s Month Celebration. The 45-minutes session consists of stretching and Zumba steps that helped strengthen the core, the legs, the arms, and the back of employees and trainees.

In line with the foregoing objective of updating the employees with much- needed information on the use of the online platform
primehrm.tesdar02onlinereporting.ph and preparation for the 5th STAR Validation, Mr. Juanito G. Domingo and Ms. Amanda Elleni 0. Seruelas joined efforts in conducting a re-echo discussion on the Capability Building in 5th STAR Implementation and Cascading of Personal information System (PIS) and Newly Improved Policies of TESDA at the FBS Hall, TESDA- Aparri Polytechnic institute, Maura, Aparri, Cagayan on March 02, 2023.
A total of fifty (50) employees participated in the activity. Ms. Seruelas gave a lengthy discussion on the preparation for the 5th STAR Implementation, citing the participation of three (3) programs in this year’s validation – Bread and Pastry Pastry Production NC II, Computer Systems Servicing NC II and Plumbing NC II. Whereas Mr. Domingo gave a lecture on the newly improved policies, in which he gave an in-depth emphasis on the documents needing in the fulfillment of the requirements for Performance-Based Bonus (PBB). With the assistance of Mr. Isaguirre, also presented the upgraded online platform with built-in features for Personal Data Sheet and Work Experience Sheet for employees.
As workshop outputs of the participants in the Cascading of Personal Information System (PIS), Mr. Domingo required the participants to submit the printed updated copies of their Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet (WES) generated from the accounts in Human Resource Management Information System to be submitted not later than March 06, 2023.
