Aparri, Cagayan – At TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute, we believe in the transformative power of education and skills development for all members of the community. It is with great pride and commitment that we extend our programs to include clients, particularly Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) inside the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Aparri  under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

      This program not only equips them with valuable skills but also serves as a beacon of hope for a brighter future. We recognize the importance of providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially during a challenging period of their lives.

        The goal is not just to impart technical skills but to instill a sense of purpose and self-reliance. Tile Setting NC II opens doors to livelihood possibilities and potential employment, empowering the PDL to rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience.
