Supportive to TESDA’s tagline, “TESDA Abot Lahat,” the 2019 TESDA DOS Film Festival features the life and success stories of TESDA graduates across all social sectors and how TESDA has changed their lives. Casts of films are staff and personnel from all TESDA Operating Units in the region.
