TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute empowered Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at BJMP Ballesteros with essential skills through training in appliance repair, electrical connection, CCTV, and solar power installation, led by Mr. Reynaldo T. Dizon.
Aparri, Cagayan – On August 9, 2024, TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute hosted a significant Closing Program at BJMP Ballesteros, Ballesteros District Jail, marking the successful completion of various skills training programs for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). The initiative provided comprehensive training in domestic appliance repair, basic electrical connection, basic CCTV installation, and basic solar power system installation. Led by Mr. Reynaldo T. Dizon, Assistant Professor IV, the program aimed to equip the PDLs with practical skills that could enhance their opportunities for reintegration into society.
