Bello III, Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) for Region II during the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF ELCAC) -1st Quarter CORDS Meeting held at the Isabela School of Arts and Trades, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

The said document shall be used by the 12 Clusters in crafting their respective Implementation Plans to address armed conflicts.
